Clarissa's passion for yoga began when she was a young child, but it was not until her teen years, she found that yoga helped her to manage and improve her overall well-being. She decided to become a yoga teacher so that she could share the benefits of yoga with others. Clarissa's teaching style is inclusive and welcoming. She believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. She is passionate about helping her students to connect with their bodies and minds, and to find their own unique expression of yoga. In addition to her yoga teaching, Clarissa is also a public speaker and advocate for health and wellness. She is passionate about assisting people to live their healthiest and happiest lives.
